cannot delete folder

I don't know if you tried this yet but try rebooting then
going back and try deleting it again.

Sounds like an Adobe background process. Hit ctrl/alt/delete ONCE
only and look at the "processes" that are running - I'd bet one of
those has started a process because of something you installed. - RM
