Can anyone help me to solve an error message that I keep
getting with my internet connection?

The event ID is 615 - Remote Procedure Call terminated by
the Windows Security. The complete description is below:

IPSec Services: IPSec Services failed to get the
complete list of network interfaces on the machine. This
can be a potential security hazard to the machine since
some of the network interfaces may not get the protection
as desired by the applied IPSec filters. Please run IPSec
monitor snap-in to further diagnose the problem.

Any advice on how to solve this would be welcomed.
Thanks,
Fred

This is an informational warning to let you know that
when IPsec initialized (during startup) not all of the
network capable devices had completed IP configuration.
When this happens IPsec is not able to enforce its rules
(if any) in the (non-existing) network stack for that interface,
and so it is letting you know that, if you are using IPsec then
there is an interface that was not hooked.

Hi,

We haven't seen very often, but have seen it happen in laptops when PNP
network interfaces are added and removed.

Questions:
Are you using a laptop or a desktop?
Are you using a USB Ethernet adapter?
