When I attempt to rename a primary partition (NTFS) on
two drives marked "active" (not change letter
designation, but assign a name), a system notice tells me
I do not have sufficient rights to perform the
operation. I can do it on a third drive in my system
(FAT) as well as for those partitions not
marked "active". I am the sys admin.
