Over time, I've installed or re-installed Windows XP Home several times on two different systems, and in each case, every time I create a new user account, the first time that user logs in, the message, "%REMOVE_NODIR_ERROR%" is displayed with only an "OK" radio button option. What does it mean, and why is it occuring?
