hi,
i can't create any network connections (included dial-up)
when i try to start the "remote access connection manager" and "remote
access auto connection manager" services i get this error message: "error
1068" and "access denied".
how can i resolve this problem?

I may be wrong, but sounds like you are going to the wrong place. To
create a new network place (such as a dial-up connection) You would go to
Start-My Network Places, then click on "add a network place" This will start
the wizard to guide you through setting up the new connection. The remote
access you are talking about is typically for accessing your computer from a
remote location(the office maybe) Hope this helps.
