View Full Version : Do I have Works install files?

Sorry, I don't know where else to ask this - I realize Works isn't
part of XP. Microsoft Works came installed on my emachine, which came
with a restore disk. I don't feel that I have any real use for Works,
but at the same time I'm reluctant to uninstall if the installation
files aren't somewhere on the hard drive.
Could anyone tell me where I'd look, or for what? TIA.

try "exploring" the disks that you have and see what's there.

Call the support department of wherever you bought the computer and find out
why you don't have the original install disks.
