I have downloaded this product, and now am not receiving
attachments that I know are safe. The message is that it
is an unsafe message. Should I remove this program? I
find it frustrating that attachments are completely
unopenable. Please advise. Thanks

1. Start Outlook Express.=20
2. On the Tools menu, click Options.=20
3. Click the Security tab, click to clear the "Do not allow attachments =
to be=20
saved or opened that could potentially be a virus" check box under=20
Virus Protection, and then click OK.
