I searched "Remind.exe" on Google. It found
that "Remind.exe" is a program that harvests E-mail
addresses and forwards them. It's "Spyware". You should do
a search on Google for spyware removal tools and get rid
of any remnants of it on your machine. Of course, you can
also delete it from your registry manually.
Hope this helps,
