How to Turn Off AutoPlay?

Whenever I put a CD in the drive, a window opens showing the contents of the
CD. I don't want this to happen. I have gone to the CD properties, and for
every content type I instructed Windows to "Take no action". Nevertheless, a
window still pops up every time I insert a CD. How can I get rid of that
annoying window?
