Backup

I have followed the instructions to the letter offered on
the Microsoft support pages that tells me to: start:
programs: accessories: system tools: backup. The only
problem is, the backup option does not exist. I've looked
under the other options, character map; disk cleanup,
etc., and it just is NOT there... please help!
