windows xp version

I want to download the patch for windows xp, but how does
one know if they have the 32 or 64 bit version? I have
looked all over the Microsoft website and done tons of
web searches and found nothing.

Am I the only person who doesn't know?

No your not the only person who doesnt know ;)

You have 32bit most likely

If you have XP Home it is for sure 32bit.

If you have XP Pro..Right click on My Computer and select Properties. If
you see 64-bit in there anywhere u have 64 it it does not say 64 then u have
32.
