Sharing folders

Hi!

Do you know why I can not share the program files and the
windows folder of
my laptop whitin my personal network? When I right click
on the folders and
go under properties, the sharing option is not available;
I see it but I
can't select it!! I am running Win XP Pro and I do have
administator rights
on my computers!
