Passwords.........HELP!!!!!!!!

I am running XP home edition and was figuring out my
computer network! I did a network diagnosis scan and had
a look thought a few things! When i looked at Computer
Information, I found that Admin Password Status has 3 on
it when there is only myself and my partner that have a
password each and the kids have no password! I don't
understand why it is set at 3!

Can anyone help me to rectify this and remove the other
password?

Any help on this matter would be very much
appreciated! :o)
