I got 4 teens who seem to be contantly on the computer.
I'd like to limit them to 1 hour a day each... Is there a
product or add on that would allow me to set up each of
their limited accounts with a "timer" that would shut them
down after an hour (or whatever duration I determine)? I
use Windows XP home edition...

Go to the following link:

http://www.google.com

and search for "parental control software". You will get a list of many
products to choose from.

Note that it's probably the sad truth that anything you do, they will be
able to undo better than you can. If they can't abide by the rules, take the
computer away from them. It isn't a birthright. They can do their homework
at the library.

There probably is such a device, but I recommend doing it yourself. No
software will be as effective as good parenting. Besides, give them
something to do other than computer, like things to stimulate their
creativity/body: a guitar / a paint set / a bicycle / Legos / books
(library) / Encyclopedia set / etc.

CyberPatrol does a very good job of time management, site blocking, chat
monitoring and filtering etc.
