Every time I re-boot my computer I get an error message
that says MSSvc.exe has encountered a problem. How do I
fix this continual problem???

Do you have an application called "StealthDisk" installed. Most of the
references I've found to this have to do with this application and you may
need to contact them for help with this issue.
