I let my neighbor borrow my laptop for school, and while
using it she set up some kind of user access. When it is
finishing it's power-up it asks for a user name and
password, and I have no idea what it is. She up and
moved, I found the laptop in her house, with no hint of
what those user names or passwords are. I have tried to
get windows to start in safe mode, but it is still
requiring me to enter them. Windows isn't even running
yet, so I cannot get to the control panel. Any hints? I
tried to get to administrative settings in the safe mode
screen using F8, but I cannot find where to access it.
