View Full Version : Slow Shutdown

My computer is taking about 2 - 3 min to shutdown. The
drives have been defragmented and everything else is
working fine. Any advice or suggestions in speeding up
the shutdown process would be greatfully received.

Boot into safe mode and see if its any faster there, if so, try using
msconfig to troubleshoot the problem.
