My standby doesn't work. It needs a Dell Enhanced Quiet Key P52 with
Dell Touch. Do you know where I can find this?

I found and installed that driver device but it still doesn't work. I give
up.

Have you looked in your BIOS to verify APM (Advanced power management) is
available and turned on? Also, have you updated your BIOS recently? Check
for a later level.

I don't know how to look in my BIOS. And APM. It's all Greek to me.
Please give me more details.
