Yes. I have XP Pro.
"Encrypted files can become decrypted if you copy or move the file to a
volume that is not an NTFS volume" is written in the Help and Support.
The NetWare volume has NWFS file system.
Will encrypted in NTFS files be encrypted in NWFS?
