My default homepage keeps getting changed... I may have a
bug. I set to default and choose apply, It then will set
back to the bugged homepage next time I restart my comp.
How can I keep my default homepage remaining the same
every time I boot up my computer? How do I erase the bug
if possible?

Most likely you have spyware on your PC. Download, Install and Run AdAware
6 from Lavasoft or Spybot S&D (don't forget to update the definitions before
running it).
