Disabled CD Writing Wizard

Sometime ago I disabled the CD Writing wizard in XP due
to a problem with Nero. I want to re-enable it but have
forgotten how, anyone got any ideas?

right click the CD Writer icon in My Computer window and select
Properties->Recording Tab
