Folks,
I was looking for the IPSecmon.exe service on my XP home
installation and couldn't find it. Is this a feature or a
bug? I need to trouble shoot my IPsec connection and
can't. Where can I get the tool?

Correct, IPSecmon.exe is no longer shipped in XP or Win2003.
It has been updated to an mmc snap-in with significantly more features.
At a run command, type "mmc", then select file\add/remove snap-in, click the
add button, then select IP Security Monitor.
In case it should come up, the ipsecpol.exe command-line tool has been
replaced by ipseccmd.exe in XP.
