The COM+ Event System failed

Hi,
Please advise on the following error I get in the event
viewer.

The COM+ Event System failed to fire the ConnectionMade
method on subscription {520D9830-80B0-4379-900E-
B69EE4300EE4}-{00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}-
{00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}. The subscriber
returned HRESULT 80004001.

The computer's network connection is also very slowon the
internal network. About 1Kb/min. Going to websites is a
bit better, but cant download. Then the speed gets very
slow again.
