task bar

Hi on my start up page the task bar is vertically going
down the side of the computer, how can I get it to go
back across the bottom where it always was?

If you right-click the Taskbar then you will see a menu with an entry 'Lock
the Taskbar',
if this is ticked then click it to make the tick go away, exit the menu,
if it's not ticked just exit the menu.
Now put your cursor over a blank part of taskbar,
Press and hold left-button (primary button),
Drag the cursor down to the bottom (or wherever you want it),
The taskbar will now snap into place at the bottom once cursor is >halfway
to the bottom (or other chosen destination).

If above is successfull then relock the Taskbar as per the first instruction
but putting the tick back on 'Lock the Taskbar' to keep it from moveing
accidentally again.
