Could anyone tell me who or what this program is and if it
is supposed to be part of XP Home Ed? I am having so many
problems that I need to eliminate. I am also needing to
know what to do when files and applications are created,
copied, or hidden when all known power is shut down to my
computer. I have temp. files and unknown cookies to prove
it. I am the only user, and this is the only computer in
the house. Not even a PDA. HELP?

Linda;
devldr32.exe is a Creative Sound Card Device Loader, it loads the drivers for
your sound card. If you want sound, you need it. If it is not causing you shutdown
problems, I wouldn't worry about it.
Hope this helps. If you need more help or more info, post back here.
