somehow an email i received installed a program (an exe
file) on my pc (in program files) that keeps trying to
contact a website. when i tried to delete the file, i
get an error message telling me that i have been denied.
any one have a sure fire way to delete this file ? i am
not a techie so if you don't mind keep it as simple as
possible. thanks. bw

i would suggest doing a virus scan. theirs a 99.98% chance that it is a
virus.

If the virus scan comes up clean, try Ad Aware, www.lavasoftusa.com
