I am on a linksys home network, using Windows XP professional on just my
computer and am trying to change my security settings in Internet Explorer
6.0.

I keep getting this error message:
"The operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator"

Can someone tell me what to do to enable me to change my Internet potions on
IE? I am the only user of the computer.
