Cannot log into Outlook unless Domain Admin.

Second try at asking this, any idea would be appreciated.

Users who are using XP Pro cannot login to Outlook to get
their email.

Same users, work fine on win2k Pro

anyone in Domain Admin Group, works fine on XP boxes.

Just started 2 weeks ago.

Really weird... {Oh what to do}
