Active X controls prohibited

I have been trying to figure this out as well. PLEASE
let me know if you find an answer. I have found at least
two other posts on this newsgroup asking the same
question, so you are not alone. I don't think it is the
patch, because I have not been able to download the patch
and my computer still does it.
