Unlock Computer dialog vs Computer Locked dialog

Hello,
In using Windows XP when I select ctrl-alt-delete to lock
my computer.
I get the "Windows Security" dialog.
I then select the button, Lock Computer.
I then get the "Unlock Computer" dialog rather than
the "Computer Locked" dialog.

I have fixed this before but do not remember how?

Any ideas?
