I am logged on as an administrator and I can't seem to
change any folders from read-only to read/write
permission. I have tried to make changes using the
permissions feature but the floders remain read-only!!!
What is the solution to this problem?

An administrator should be able to change permissions if he has full
permissions on that folder. If you do not , then you may need to take
"ownwership" of the folder to enable you to change permissions. You also may
be having a problem with inherited permissions. You may need to go to the
advanced page where you can delect first box are "allow inheritable
permissions from parent to propagate ... " and then you are given the choice
to remove or copy current permissions and be able to modify from
