Hi,
My contact has a new webcam and although the PIP shows
the camera working at their site, no picture is sent to
my computer. We both have windows xp, (sp1 level on my
side, don't know the other)and have tried windows
messenger 4.7 and msn v5 without a difference. I just
can't receive a picture. My picture is working ok to them.
They have aol 8 dialup and I have cable modem and most of
the advanced functions like remote assistance, file
sharing, voice, etc. work ok.
Does anyone know something about how to resolve this
problem? Is it my side or theirs?
