You missed my point! It won't. You did not give very much help, did you?
You didn't even include where to get TweakUI. When you post some help, imagine
that you were giving it to yourself. What would you like to see?
Try this: Right click My Computer/Manage/click the + next to Services and
Applications/click Services/in the right pane, scroll to Internet Connection
Firewall (ICF), double click it/General tab/Startup
type/Automatic/Apply/Dependencies tab/top pane,click the +/see what's
there/write them down/ repeat the steps and put all four into Automatic.
Repeat for Workstation, if you so desire.
To enable or disable Internet Connection Firewall
1.. Open Network Connections, click Start, point to Settings, click Control
Panel, and then double-click Network Connections.
2.. Click the Dial-up, LAN or High-Speed Internet connection that you want to
protect, and then, under Network Tasks, click Change settings of this
connection.
3.. On the Advanced tab, under Internet Connection Firewall, select:
4.. To enable Internet Connection Firewall (ICF), select the Protect my
computer and network by limiting or preventing access to this computer from the
Internet check box.
5.. Click OK.
Notes
You must be logged on as a computer administrator to complete this
procedure.
If you clear the Protect my computer and network by limiting or preventing
access to this computer from the Internet check box, the firewall on your
computer is disabled, and your network is vulnerable to intrusions.
You should not enable Internet Connection Firewall on virtual private
networking (VPN) connections or on client computers because ICF will interfere
with file and printer sharing.
ICF cannot be enabled on the private connections of the Internet Connection
Sharing host computer.
Here is a good site for an explanation of what Services do what.

I hope this is a little more helpful than "just use Tweakui powertoys for
xp......."
