virus???I think???

I just installed XP on my system, and went to do the
updates from Microsoft updates, after that I had 2
viruses, dont know where they came from, anyways I got
rid of them and now my Virusscanner says I have another
one??? but I cant seem to find the name that my scanner
kicked out to my on any site, and I scanned on
symantec.com and it doesnt find it. The name it kicked
out is win32/startpage.ie64bin.trojan and it is located
at c:/ie46bin.exe yes the 64 and the 46 are right. do I
need this file that the "virus" is located in? or can I
dump it or can someone give me one to replace
the "infected" one. I cant find it anywhere.

What's the name of the virus?
What antivirus software are you running, and is it updated regularly?
Do you have your firewall enabled? If not, do so ASAP.
