Remote Assistance Problem

Hello...

I have tried this feature with two different people...

When they ask for remote assistance, i get the request
for assistance and then i accept the invitation.

Help states that the remote assistance window should then
appear but in both cases, nothing happens.

I'm running the latest windows messenger and i'm behind a
linksys router with latest firmware.

Any help appreciated...
