Access denied to workgroup computer

Access denied message appears when opening client computer
icon in network workgroup just created in host winxp
(ntfs).Host computer icon will open with shared files.
Computer icon is to a win2000(Fat32).Win2000 computer can
access shared files in winxp computer(host) and itself
(client).
