please help

i am an administrator on my home machine and i have 2
users on it with limited accounts but i want them 2 be
able to use an application but the application will not
run under limited accounts and i dont want to give them
administrator privledges how do i resolve this, i know i
can do somethimg with user groups but i dont know how to
set this up.
what do i do?
