Recently I have downloaded some of the security patches
from Microsoft. After I completed the downloads, when I
would connect to the web (MSN) my speed would go to 115.2
kbps, after the home page completely opened I would get
kicked off. I would then reconnect, and the speed would be
at 26.4 or 28.8, which is were I should be. A couple weeks
later, it will only log on at 115.2 kbps, now I am unable
to stay on for any periods of time. Is there a way to
control the speed at which I log on with? Any suggestions?
