email keeps verifying address if I have a fax number listed

When I go to 'send' I get a dialog box asking me which
address to send it to. The box lists all email addresses
for that person AND their fax. If I only have one email
address, it lists that and their fax.

How can I disable this so it does not ask me everytime? I
just want it to use the main email address.

Angie, it would help if you would tell us what email program you're
using. Without knowing that, all I can suggest is to check the program's
settings for an option to "always use primary address" or similar. If
the address book is a standalone program, there may be a setting in its
menus too.

Angie, it would help if you would tell us what email program you're
using. Without knowing that, all I can suggest is to check the program's
settings for an option to "always use primary address" or similar. If
