How do I move a file(dll) to the system directory?

Drag it there. How you move any file. Perhaps you could be a bit more =
precise as there are traps.
Firstly are you sure it's system as most files go to system32 unless =
it's a 16 bit old application.
If you are replacing a existing file (and it complains) rename the =
existing file first, copy it, reboot.
