delete files

I am using windows xp. i have program name eAnthology
download from internet.i want to delete this program but
cannot be deleted. first i delete it through control
panel but doest not work. i tried to used another program
called unistaller, the name was deleted in control panel
and in all programs but everytime i turn on my computer
the eAnthology still exist.
how i can delete this program?
