The Guest profile by default does not allow internet access (so I believe).
Perhaps the best thing would be to set up a limited user account with access
to the programs you want to allow

Make sure the guest account is turned on in the control panel\user accounts. Then go>start\run and type in control userpasswords2 and make it a restricted account. Have fun
