View Full Version : User missing but seen in Safe Mode

I had an Administrator user account on my computer and
after making some minor changes that required me to
restart, after restarting the user doesn't show up but do
in safe mode. How do I get that user to appear on my main
screen in normal mode

The default administrator account is hidden as soon as you define a second
account with Administrator privileges. If you hit ctrl-alt-del twice, you
can type in the name and password manually. I would then run the file and
settings transfer wizard to pull all of your settings, create a new admin
account with your name, and then run the wizard again to transfer the
settings to this account. The default account is not intended for daily use.
