I am unsuccessfully trying to respond to an invitation
(as the expert) to a novices request to a remote
assistance session. We chat fine. She requests
assistance and I get the request and accept it. The
remote assistance desktop just starts and then crashes
completely with the MS notification of problem screen
coming up. No other dialogs. No feedback to the
requestor. Any one else have these symptoms? (Windows
messenger 4.7 on Windows XP both ends)
