"A runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to debug?

I am constantly getting these annoying error messages
about debugging. I have disabled the machine debuggging
manager, but the error messages still keep coming up. I
don't care about debugging and wouldn't know how even if
I wanted to. Can someone please tell me how to make
these error messages stop?

Tools - internet options - advanced - under general, check the box next to
disable script debugging.
