Can someone tell me how to get the address into outlook express that are on
the new web based screen.

I don't know how to find it in newsgroups while using outlook express?

Why don't you setup the microsoft newsgroups on your computer?

That is what I was trying to do but don't know how to find the address's to
those groups when on the web based system.

Not sure exactly what you are trying to accomplish. Are you trying to find a
newsgroup in OE? Select Newsgroups icon in OE and search for the group then
select subscribe

Yes trying to find newsgroups. When I use the web based reader at work the listing are different from the ones in outlook express. How can I tell what the address is on the web based ones to find them in the outlook express ones

Look at the address bar at the top of your browser window - . Eg: in your
original post

=2&dg=microsoft.public.security&lang=en&cr=US

The name of the NG is microsoft.public.security
