XP-XP webcamming

I am trying to get this to work, but it won't. We both
have XP and compatible cameras, cards etc. We can
establish a connection between the two PCs with Remote
Assistance, but have had no luck with Start Camera. A
message appears in the bottom left of the Messenger
window saying "Connecting to ...'s PC", but then it times
out after 30 secs or so.

I have no problem using Netmeeting with otehr non-CP
users.

Any ideas anyone?

PS XP firewalls are off.

Do you have a firewall like the xp one or norton if u do then disable them
thats how i fixed it!
