My computer's specs are:
Athlon XP 1700+
512MB SDRAM
40GB Hard Disk
GeForce 2 MX400
Nearly every time I play a game that uses Direct 3D my computer freezes at
that time of the game, CTRL+ALT+DEL gets me nowhere- the problem occurs
under different games. I cannot find anything about this in Event Viewer-
except this Application Error report which appears about 7 times about 3
minutes before it locks up:
Event Type: Error

Event Category: None
Event ID: 1

I don't think this is problem with my PC- as it has never ever locked up
when not playing a game. I only installed this GeForce 2 yesterday, until
then I was using my onboard 16mb graphics. Thats why I think the problem is
with the graphics card.
Many Thanks
Sam
