Hello. My Name is Joel Wilkinson of Micro Dynamic Spam and Scam
I am one person fighting the Messenger Spam and need help fight this.
No. 1 the problem is this bulletin board it slow in posting. I design
a faster posting system at: http://microdynamic.org/scam/index.htm ,
when you hit post it is posted in a matter of seconds. However, there
is much-needed work to help fight this problem (Messenger Spam)
Messenger Spammer plays the old cat and mouse game right here in the
United States as to major spammer too! Many spammers are hosting
their sites in other countries and there are based right here in the
USA. Which makes it difficult to shut them down, so therefore we must
shut down their back bone, their banks and so on to shut the spammers
down. Moreover, it is a form of hacking on someone computer and/ or
many computers. Hence, it is an in invasion of your privacy under the
U.S. Constitution. I have sent many complaints to many companies and
managed to shut them down. However, they this starts right backup
again. These are a few spammers I have been trying to shutdowns.

2. fightmessenger.com,
3. messagecrusher.com,
4. and many more that have not been post as of yet,
A disturbing NEW type of Spam has been developed. Junk mailers have
figured out how to blast computers with pop-up spam over the Internet
through a messaging function on many Windows operating systems.
This technology is typically used by software to send legitimate
alerts such as virus warnings, or by computer network technicians to
warn people on their systems of a planned shutdown. But spammers can
take over your machine and interrupt you by POPPING UP an extremely
annoying System Message Window. Millions of systems may be vulnerable
to the pop-ups, also known as "NetBIOS Spam."
Messenger popup ads how it works:
The ads are generated by software that scan blocks of IP addresses for
computers with an open port 135. If it finds an open port on your PC,
then it automatically sends you an ad as seen below.
This can happen even if you have no other programs open like MSN
messenger, email client or browser.
What is Messenger Service:
"The Messenger service is a Windows service that transmits net send
and Alerter service messages between client computers and servers. For
example, the Messenger service informs you when a print job is
completed or when you lose power to your computer and switch to an
Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS).
The Messenger service is not related to Windows Messenger or MSN
Messenger. If this service is stopped, Alerter messages are not
transmitted. If this service is turned off, any services that
explicitly depend on the Messenger service do not start.
The Messenger service uses UDP ports 135, 137, and 138; TCP ports 135,
139, and 445; and an ephemeral port number above 1024."
