I've been asked for remote assistance by various people,
at first, it was possible to connect to the other desktop
on a computer that's run as a stand-alone. With other
friends who run small home networks it never has been
possible to resolve the internal IP address. What can I
do?
Yesterday I tried to connect to my brother's stand-alone
PC and got the same message (unable to resolve address).
Are there any known issues from installed Windows patches
or anything?
What should I do to help people in networks? I run
Messenger 4.7 on Windows XP Pro.
Any help will be greatly appreciated
